Imparando provides a complete ‘one stop shop’ for the flexible long- or short-term support of UPK, UPK Professional (Knowledge Centre) and Oracle Tutor.

Our aim is not to replace vendor support but to enhance it. For example, if a complicated fault arises you don’t need to trawl through vendor forums or log lengthy support calls. Our Technical Support Team not only has extensive knowledge of UPK and UPK Professional products, but also the technologies that support the application components.  The objective is to remedy all issues on first contact/call, whenever possible.

Our services in this area include:

UPK/UPK Professional and Tutor Technical Support Contracts
Tailored to each client’s needs, these contracts enable you to bank pre-procured support time. You can then use your support contract to cover anything from first line support queries to environment implementation to one-to-one training.

Helpdesk Support Response with Bound Service Level Agreements
This option enhances the above option by providing a Help Desk Support facility bound to Service Level Agreements. The SLA includes response times and guarantees engineer resource. This is essential when time is critical.

UPK Project Support
Incorporating the two support options above, this comprehensive service also includes developer and end user support for UPK content development and deployment projects.  It covers the entire project for the agreed term of the development and initial deployment.

Technical Support (Day Contract) Consultancy
This enables clients with ad hoc UPK, UPK Pro or Tutor support needs to procure support in one-day chunks. The service is ideal when you need an expert assessment of the problem and resolution. Our aim, as always, is to provide an on-the-spot fix wherever possible.
