1. Project Set-up

All activity needed to get started with content development is contained in a simple, flexible package. We provide the appropriate consultants to guide the client through the start-up phase with the minimum of fuss. The number of days needed for this will be agreed up front. 2. Project Delivery

We provide experienced consultants to develop content as efficiently as possible. The team will transfer skills and knowledge to the client as a by-product of the project. We can contract on a fixed price or T&M (time and materials) basis. Following content development we can design, develop and deliver blended training programmes to prepare the users for go-live in the most cost-effective way.

3. Project Measure/Review

We monitor project progress and report to the client, and when training is delivered we analyse skill improvements in users and, where required, other metrics such as help desk calls. This enables the client to measure the value obtained from the training and the application deployment. Our online Quality Assurance (QA) analysis capability ensures that client management receives relevant QA analysis within minutes of the completion of training courses and events. Measurement extends beyond the usual student satisfaction metrics into measurement of learning and improved ability to perform in the job role.
